Gel Color Violet 30g
Product for mass coloring of sugar paste, cream, butter cream, custard, cakes. Ideal for icing sugar paste.Add directly to the product to be colored.
Glucose syrup, water, sucrose, colour: E122, gelling agent: E406, colour: E133, acidifier: E330, preservative: E202.
Do not ingest as such. The color of the product may have slight variations due to the characteristics of the raw materials used.
E122: May adversely affect the activity and attention of children.
Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C. Store in a cool, dry place.
