Refund Policy

1. The seller is liable for any defect in the products offered on the site, including the non-conformity of the items with the products ordered, in accordance with applicable Italian law.
2. If the purchaser has entered into the contract as a consumer — that is, any natural person acting on the site for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity — this warranty applies provided that the defect becomes apparent within 24 months, or within the product's expiry date if shorter than the said 24 months, from the date of delivery of the products; that the purchaser submits a formal complaint regarding the defects within a maximum of 2 months from the date on which the defect was identified; and that the return form is correctly completed and sent to shop@lesepidado.it.
3. In the event of non-conformity, the purchaser who entered into the contract as a consumer shall be entitled to obtain restoration of the products' conformity free of charge, by repair or replacement, or to obtain an appropriate price reduction, or termination of the contract in respect of the contested goods and the consequent refund of the price.
4. All return costs for defective products shall be borne by the purchaser.

Right of withdrawal

1. In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the purchaser — meaning any natural person acting on the site for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity — has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 days pursuant to Article 57 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, starting from the date of receipt of the products.
2. In the case of multiple purchases made by the purchaser within a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the date of receipt of the last product.
3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the simplest and most immediate way is the online procedure available in your personal account: from the section listing your orders you can start the withdrawal in just a few clicks and receive confirmation of the request with date and time. Alternatively, you may communicate your decision to withdraw by sending a written notice to Lesepidado s.r.l., including by e-mail, indicating the order number.

4. The goods must be returned to: Lesepidado s.r.l., Via Liguria, 8, fraz. Osteria Grande - 40024 Castel San Pietro Terme (BO), Italy, intact, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts and together with the accompanying tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, the site will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum of 14 days.
5. As provided by Article 56(3) of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014, the site may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the purchaser has demonstrated that the goods have been returned.
6. The right of withdrawal does not apply where the services and products of Lesepidado fall within the categories set out in Article 59 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, to the full text of which reference is made, noting that these include goods or services whose price is linked to market fluctuations that the company is unable to control and which may occur during the withdrawal period; the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalised; the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and which have been opened after delivery; the supply of goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
7. The site will issue the refund using the same means of payment chosen by the purchaser at the time of purchase, within 14 days. In the case of payment made by bank transfer, should the purchaser wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must provide the bank details — IBAN, SWIFT and BIC — necessary to process the refund.
8. As regards shipping costs, where the right of withdrawal is exercised after the product has been shipped by Lesepidado, the user shall in any case bear the cost of returning the goods to the seller and shall have no right to a refund of such costs.
