Shipping Policy

  1. Lesepidado ships throughout Italian territory, excluding Vatican City State and the Republic of San Marino.
  2. Lesepidado will only deliver to the user's address, as provided at the time of purchase.
  3. Delivery within Italian territory is generally carried out within 5-7 working days, save in cases of force majeure, or, where no delivery date is specified, within the estimated time given when the delivery method is selected and, in any case, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of confirmation.
  4. For European Union countries, delivery will be carried out within 10 working days, and in any case within a maximum of 30 days.
  5. Where delivery cannot be carried out, the order will be sent to the carrier's depot. In this case, a notice will specify where the order is located and how to arrange a new delivery.
  6. Where the user is unable to be present at the delivery location at the agreed time, the user must contact Lesepidado again to arrange a new delivery date.
  7. Shipping costs, shown net of VAT, are borne by the buyer and are explicitly shown when placing the order.
  8. Delivery conditions and terms other than those agreed must be agreed in advance between the customer and Lesepidado and expressly and unambiguously accepted in writing by the latter.
  9. Lesepidado reserves the right to charge the customer for any additional costs due to changes to the delivery address that were not communicated in good time.
  10. Where the Customer refuses to receive or is unable to receive delivery of the product in accordance with the agreed terms, all risks connected with the loss or damage of the products will nonetheless be borne by the Customer. In such case, Lesepidado may still request payment of all storage and holding costs for the products and any other further expense incurred as a result of such refusal or inability to receive delivery.
