Food release spray designed by Lesepidado to facilitate the release of products such as cookies, chocolate, cakes, or cupcakes.
Oil-based and highly adhesive, it can be used as a substitute for butter, oil, flour, or parchment paper to prevent cakes and pastries from sticking to the baking tray.
The spray format makes it easy to use and allows for even and regular distribution, ensuring optimal performance without altering the color or flavor of the products.
The food release spray is suitable for baked goods in both pastry and bakery. Ideal for greasing trays, pans, or molds.
INGREDIENTS:
Rapeseed oil, Ethanol, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, Propellant: Carbon Dioxide
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Shake well before use, spray a uniform layer of product on the surface to be treated from a distance of about 20 cm. Store at a temperature between 22°C and 30°C for 1 hour and 30 minutes before use. Use the product at a temperature between 22°C and 30°C for optimal dispensing. If stored at a temperature below 22°C, immerse the can in hot water (between 40°C and 50°C) for 20 seconds or leave it at a temperature between 22°C and 30°C for at least 1 hour and 30 minutes.
WARNINGS:
Do not ingest as is. The color of the product may show slight variations due to the characteristics of the raw materials used. Pressurized container: may burst if heated. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat sources, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames, or other ignition sources. Do not smoke. Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source. Do not puncture or burn, even after use. The container should be disposed of only when completely empty.
