Powder Lake Blue 3 g

Oil-based powder food colouring, dispersible in fatty masses, for decorating food. Powder Lake is ideal for colouring modelling sugarpaste, confectionery products and fine bakery products (pastries, biscuits, cakes and wafer paper). Add the powder directly to the product to be coloured or apply with a brush to the surface to be decorated.

Colouring: E133.

WARNINGS:
Do not ingest as is. The colour of the product may show slight variations due to the characteristics of the raw materials used.

STORAGE:
Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures above 50°C. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
