Top Chock Sky Blue 90 g

Cocoa-based product, easy to use for decorating cakes, semi-frozen desserts, ice creams and much more using the dripping technique.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Unscrew the cap, remove the seal and place the bottle in the microwave at 800 W until it becomes pourable. Alternatively, the product can be melted in a bain-marie in hot water. Once heated, screw the cap back on and shake vigorously to mix the melted product well. Unscrew the nozzle and proceed with decorating.

INGREDIENTS:
Sugar, non-hydrogenated palm/palm kernel vegetable fat, Cocoa butter, Colour: E170, thickener: E1422, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, Flavouring, preservative: E306, colour: E133.

WARNINGS:
Protect from sunlight. Do not ingest as is. The colour of the product may show slight variations due to the characteristics of the raw materials used.

STORAGE:
Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures above 25°C. Store in a cool, dry place.
