Hydrophobic Pearl Gold Sugar 100 g

Product for decorating food, fine confectionery and bakery products (pastries, biscuits, cakes and wafer paper). Apply to the food surfaces to be decorated. It is not affected by moisture, does not dissolve and stays intact.

INGREDIENTS:
Dextrose, Sugar, Corn starch, hydrogenated coconut vegetable fat, cocoa butter, flavourings, ethyl vanillin, colouring: E172, colouring E100.

WARNINGS:
For food products for which colouring is permitted. Do not ingest as is.

STORAGE:
Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures above 50°C. Store in a cool, dry place.
