Description White Hydrophobic Sugar 100g
A product for decorating food, confectionery and fine bakery products (pastries, biscuits, cakes and wafer paper). Apply to the food surfaces to be decorated.
Not affected by moisture, it does not dissolve and stays intact.
For decorating cakes, ring cakes, cupcakes.
INGREDIENTS:
Dextrose, Sugar, Corn starch, hydrogenated coconut vegetable fat, cocoa butter, flavourings, ethyl vanillin, (contains traces of sodium caseinate-MILK)
WARNINGS:
For food products for which colouring is permitted. Do not ingest as is.
STORAGE:
Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures above 50°C. Store in a cool, dry place.
