Top Chock Matt White Chocolate Tube 90g
Easy-to-use cocoa-based product for decorating cakes, semifreddos, ice creams and much more using the dripping technique.
INDICATIONS:
Unscrew the cap, remove the seal and place the bottle in the microwave at 800 W until it is dispenseable. Alternatively, the product can be melted in a bain-marie in hot water. Once heated, screw on the cap and shake vigorously to mix the dissolved product well. Unscrew the nozzle and proceed with decoration.

Sugar, non-hydrogenated palm/palm kernel vegetable fat, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, whey powder, skimmed MILK powder, emulsifier sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), Colour: E170, Cocoa butter, thickener: E1422, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, preservative: E306.

STORAGE:
Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures above 25° C. Store in a cool, dry place.
