TIRAmiSu Extraction Booth

With TIRAmiSu Extraction Booth you can spray-apply a wide range of food products (such as cocoa butter, chocolate, oil-based food colourings, gelatine, egg yolk, etc.) without contaminating the surrounding environment and in compliance with all hygiene and workplace safety regulations.

TIRAmiSu Extraction Booth is fitted with a first labyrinth filter in stainless steel that can be opened and washed, and a second double set of acrylic filters that stops all extracted particles, even the finest ones.

The TIRAmiSu Extraction Booth has a powder-coated external finish, approved for food use, with an internal structure in AISI 304 stainless steel - scotch brite finish.

The special feature of TIRAmiSu Extraction Booth is also its convenient work surface, ideal for using pastry trays (400x600 mm).

TIRAmiSu Extraction Booth can be completed on request with a stainless steel (AISI 304) stand on wheels, fitted with a retractable work surface and an oil-free medical compressor (10 l - for food use).
