Gold Pearl Hydrophobic sugar 100g
Product for decorating food, confectionery and fine bakery products (pastries, biscuits, cakes and waffles). Apply on food surfaces to be decorated. It does not fear humidity, does not melt and remains intact.
INGREDIENTS:
Dextrose, sugar, corn starch, hydrogenated coconut vegetable fat, cocoa butter, flavourings, ethyl vanillin, colour: E172, colour: E100.
WARNINGS:
For food products where coloring is permitted. Do not ingest as such.
STORAGE:
Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C. Keep in a cold and dry place.
