White sugar paste ideal for coating cakes. Food covering paste with a delicate vanilla flavor. Easy to use, it can be applied very thinly. The perfect malleability and elasticity of the product make the paste ideal for covering.

INGREDIENTS: Sugar (78%), Glucose syrup, Water, Thickener: E1422, Rapeseed oil, Hydrogenated vegetable fat, Humectant: E422, Preservative: E202, Glucose syrup, Emulsifier: E433, Stabilizer: E415, Acidifier: E330, Stabilizer: E413, Flavor, Sodium caseinate.

WARNINGS: The paste may, if stored at low temperatures, be not very soft. As soon as it is worked, it regains its malleability. The possible presence of discrepancies or spots of color does not affect the quality of the product. These irregularities disappear when the dough is processed. The color of the product may show slight variations due to the characteristics of the raw materials used.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Modeling food paste, ideal for creating artistic shapes and designs. Work and soften the dough manually or in a planetary mixer. If necessary, heat for a few seconds in the microwave. Before rolling out the dough for covering cakes, knead it well until the dough is smooth and compact.
