Dolci colorati e divertenti

Gel per dolci ad ottima resa. Colorazione molto buona. Consiglio rispetto ai coloranti liquidi che si trovano nei supermercati.

Dosare il colore poco alla volta

I colori prendono benissimo sia nella pasta di zucchero che per colorare glasse, ghiaccie o panna montata, basta solo dosare la quantità (iniziare con poco) e valutare la presa durante la lavorazione. Non hanno alcun sapore per cui non compromettono il gusto del prodotto che colorano.
