Product for the decoration, using ink-jet technology, of food products. Print using inkjet technology.
INGREDIENTS : water, modified starch, sodium caseinate (MILK), icing sugar, humectant E422, emulsifiers: SOY lecithin, E414, E433, preservative: E202, vanillin.
WARNINGS : the color of the product may show slight variations due to the characteristics of the raw materials used.
STORAGE : Store in a cool and dry place away from light. Product sensitive to humidity, do not expose to open air.
Store the product at a maximum temperature of 25 ° C.
ALLERGENS : the product contains milk and soy lecithin. It may contain sulphites.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE : Insert the Chocotransfer sheet into the food printer with the rough side facing up. Once printed, let the image dry for 1 hour and in any case until the print is completely dry.
For dark or milk chocolate decorations, spray the Spray Coating on the Chocotransfer sheet. Wait a few minutes and then spread the tempered chocolate (or substitute). For decorations in white chocolate: spread the chocolate directly on the Chocotransfer sheet.
Put the sheet in the refrigerator for 20 minutes at approximately + 4 ° C.
Remove from the fridge and gently remove the film.
ATTENTION : To avoid condensation problems, we recommend not placing the decoration at negative temperatures and placing it on the cake once it has been brought back to + 4 ° C or room temperature.
