INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Glucose syrup, Water, Cocoa, Non-hydrogenated palm/palm kernel vegetable fat, Humectant: E422, Stabiliser: E414, Stabiliser: E415, acidifier: E330, preservative: E202.
WARNINGS: The paste may, if stored at low temperatures, become less soft. As soon as it is worked, it regains its malleability. The possible presence of discrepancies or color spots does not affect the quality of the product. These irregularities disappear when the dough is kneaded. The color of the product may present slight variations due to the characteristics of the raw materials used.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:Edible modelling paste, ideal for making artistic shapes and designs. Work and soften the dough manually or in a planetary mixer. If necessary, heat for a few seconds in the microwave. Before rolling out the dough for covering cakes, work it well until you obtain a smooth and compact dough.
