Description Dolcina Pro V2

Dolcina Pro V2 is a high-resolution A3+ edible printer suitable both for small bakeries and for larger production needs.

Developed in-house by Lesepidado, it allows you to print and decorate different types of products:

biscuits,
cakes,
macarons,
sugared almonds,
marshmallows,
jellies,
chocolates and much more.

With this printer you can print products by placing them directly on the platform or on a tray. The height sensor built into the Dolcina Pro V2 can automatically detect the size of the product. It prints on products weighing up to 15 kg.

The printer has 4 external, easily refillable cartridges with large capacity. The laser technology used positions the nozzles at the correct distance to keep the print as faithful as possible to the original artwork, even on soft surfaces such as creams, jellies and icing sugar.

Installation takes place remotely or at our premises: you will be assisted by one of our specialised technicians. Remote installation and training are not included in the price of the printer; training at our premises, however, is free of charge.
On request, we can provide a quote for on-site installation, in Italy and abroad.
