Product for mass coloring of sugar paste, cream, butter cream, custard, cakes. Ideal for icing sugar paste. Add directly to the product to be colored.

• Blue: Glucose syrup, Water, Sucrose, Colour: E133, gelling agent: E406, acidifier: E330, preservative: E202.
• Violet: Glucose syrup, water, sucrose, colour: E122, gelling agent: E406, colour: E133, acidifier: E330, preservative: E202.
