Gel Colour Purple 30 g

Product for mass colouring of sugarpaste, cream, buttercream, custard, cakes. Gel colour is ideal for sugarpaste covering. Add directly to the product to be coloured.

INGREDIENTS:
Glucose syrup, Water, Sucrose, Colour: E122, gelling agent: E406, Colour: E133, acidifier: E330, preservative: E202.

WARNINGS:
Do not ingest as is. The colour of the product may show slight variations due to the characteristics of the raw materials used.
E122: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

STORAGE:
Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures above 50°C. Store in a cool, dry place.
