Blue Gel Colour 30g

Product for mass colouring of sugarpaste, cream, buttercream, custard, cakes. Gel colour is ideal for sugarpaste for covering. Add directly to the product to be coloured.

INGREDIENTS:
Glucose syrup, Water, Sucrose, Colour: E133, gelling agent: E406, colour: E102, acidifier: E330, preservative: E202.

WARNINGS:
Do not ingest as is. The colour of the product may show slight variations due to the characteristics of the raw materials used. E102: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

STORAGE:
Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures above 50°C. Store in a cool, dry place.
