Developed internally by Lesepidado, it allows you to print and decorate different types of products: biscuits, cakes, macarons, sugared almonds, marshmallows, jellies, chocolates and much more.

Thanks to this printer, it is possible to print the products by placing them directly on the surface or on a tray.

The height sensor present in the Dolcina Pro is able to automatically detect the dimensions of the product.

The printer has a print area of 32.5 cm x 44 cm and can be adjusted to print on products with a maximum height of 13.5 cm and a weight of 15 kg.

The printer has 4 large, easily refillable external cartridges. 

The laser technology used allows the nozzles to be positioned at the correct distance to make the print as faithful as possible to the initial graphic design, even on soft surfaces such as creams, jellies, icing sugar. 

The installation takes place remotely or at our headquarters: you will be followed by one of our specialized technicians.
Remote installation and training are not included in the price of the printer; on the other hand, training at our office is free.
Upon request, we can quote installations on site, in Italy and abroad.
