INGREDIENTS: water, modified starch, sodium caseinate (MILK), powdered sugar, humectant E422, emulsifiers: SOY lecithin, E414, E433, preservative: E202, vanillin.
WARNINGS: the color of the product may show slight variations due to the characteristics of the raw materials used.
STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Moisture sensitive product, do not expose to open air.
Store the product at a maximum temperature of 25 ° C.
ALLERGENS: the product contains milk and soy lecithin. It may contain sulphites.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Insert the Chocotransfer sheet into the food printer with the rough side facing up. Once printed, let the image dry for 1 hour and in any case until the print is completely dry.
For dark or milk chocolate decorations, spray the Spray Coating on the Chocotransfer sheet. Wait a few minutes and then spread the tempered chocolate (or substitute). For white chocolate decorations: spread the chocolate directly on the Chocotransfer sheet.
Put the sheet in the refrigerator for 20 minutes at approximately + 4 ° C.
Remove from the fridge and gently remove the foil.
To avoid condensation problems, we recommend not placing the decoration at negative temperatures and placing it on the cake once it has been brought back to + 4 ° C or at room temperature.
